Mr. McEnroe was the founder and CEO of FTS, a leading tax services firm specializing in the alternative investment and family office sectors. Under his leadership, FTS became known for delivering high-quality, technology-driven tax planning and compliance solutions. In April 2022, Mr. McEnroe led the successful sale of a majority shareholding in FTS to Apex Group, a global financial services provider. This strategic acquisition expanded Apex’s US presence and enabled FTS clients to benefit from Apex’s global reach, cross-jurisdictional services, and enhanced technology offerings.

Following the sale of FTS, Mr. McEnroe launched Societal Family Office, a new venture focused on serving the evolving needs of ultra-high-net-worth families and their investment entities.
