Dr. Srini Pillay is a Harvard-trained psychiatrist, brain researcher, and pioneer in transformational neurocoaching® and psychogenic longevity. He is the Chief Medical Officer and co-founder of Reulay, a digital therapeutics company that uses AI to deliver science-based video experiences to shift mindset and enhance well-being, productivity, and healthy longevity. Reulay is a preventive health platform aimed at reducing the risk of chronic diseases such as cancer, heart disease, and neurodegenerative disorders by addressing the impact of mindset on the brain and body.

Srini has consulted to investment companies in biotechnology across cancer, heart disease, stroke, and neurodegenerative research. He is also a co-founder of Vitality Nexus, a personalized well-being and longevity program hosted at Amrit Ocean in Palm Beach, and The Apex Collective, a high-level membership experience for high achievers seeking purpose, vitality, and clarity beyond success. The Apex Collective, created in collaboration with Amrit Ocean, is designed for visionary leaders and creatives who have reached the summit of traditional success and are ready to explore deeper fulfillment and sustainable high performance.

He serves as a Longevity Science & Innovation Council Advisor for AB Chopra Epigenetics, a collaboration between Deepak Chopra and Augustinus Bader that brings together regenerative skincare and science-based epigenetic therapies to enhance vitality and extend lifespan. Srini is also on a task force to help transform the Bronx into a certified Blue Zone, promoting longevity at the community level. He is a cofounder of Tiarra - a women’s health chatbot for addressing mental health challenges in women.

Graduating as the top medical student in South Africa, Srini went on to become the most awarded resident in psychiatry at Harvard and served as Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Director of the Outpatient Anxiety Disorders Program at Harvard Medical School’s McLean Hospital. He was also a brain-imaging researcher at Harvard for 17 years and has been a consultant to global organizations through his leadership development firm, NeuroBusiness Group®, recognized as a Top 20 company worldwide by Training Industry.

Srini has taught at Harvard Business School Executive Education, Duke Corporate Education, and Mobius Executive Leadership, and is a member of McKinsey’s Consortium for Learning Innovation. His corporate clients span the globe and include the United Nations, the World Bank, Coca-Cola, Verizon, Blue Shield of California, Ernst & Young, Lockheed Martin, and many others. His video courses on LinkedIn Learning address mental health and neuroscience in the workplace, and he teaches on ExecOnline in a Duke CE program called “Leveraging Neuroscience for Team Performance.”

A thought leader on psychogenic longevity, stress, burnout, agility, creativity, and strategic speed, Srini is a member of the Transformational Leadership Council and the Group for the Advancement of Psychiatry, a national think tank focused on disasters, trauma, and global health. 

Srini is the author of three acclaimed books—Life UnlockedYour Brain and Business, and Tinker Dabble Doodle Try—translated into eight languages. He has spoken in over a dozen countries and recently completed writing a musical. 

He has delivered a TEDx talk titled: “Wired for Success: The Science of Possibility.”
