Elizabeth Gage Boulud
Strategic Partnerships, Marketing and Community Outreach for Dinex Group
Katherine is responsible for strategic partnerships, marketing, and community outreach for the Dinex Group, the global restaurant group of Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud. The group manages more than 2,000 employees throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East,, and Asia. She produces high-level events worldwide for dignitaries, global leaders, cultural and financial institutions, and luxury brands such as LVMH, Carolina Herrera, and Balmain.
Katherine specializes in food policy, health, and education reform, advising the NYC Mayor’s Office for Food Policy, corporations, and non-profit organizations. She has been featured on ABC, FOX, local news networks across the country, and in editorials. She has received awards for implementing food education programming for over 100,000 students nationwide through the non-profit organization, Spoons Across America.
Katherine began her career as the deputy finance director of a U.S. Senate campaign before pursuing the culinary arts as a restaurant chef in Michelin-starred kitchens in France, Bali, Spain, and New York. She holds a B.A. in Art History with a concentration in Political Philosophy from Trinity College, where she currently serves on the Board of Fellows.
Katherine currently lives in New York City with her husband and two children.
