Janine Gasper is a seasoned clinical executive with over 17 years of frontline nursing leadership, health systems architecture, and crisis management expertise. Throughout her career, Janine has played a pivotal role in hospital development exemplified by helping launch two new hospitals and multiple specialized care units. Her executive background includes serving as Director of Patient Services at Loma Linda University Medical Center and Inpatient Emergency Room Manager at both Loma Linda and Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, MA.
A fierce innovator in high-acuity environments, Janine engineered Loma Linda Murrieta’s ER Surge Unit to solve severe patient holding challenges, and partnered directly with the City of Springfield during the 2020 pandemic surge to stand up critical field facilities for COVID-positive homeless populations. A lifelong champion for clinical excellence, she pioneered Unit Practice Councils across her healthcare systems to ensure frontline staff drive systemic operational solutions.
As Chief Nursing Officer at Infinite Medical since its inception, Janine leads the clinical deployment of advanced autologous cellular protocols, personalized concierge architectures, and biological asset protection. She also co-founded Infinite Hope (501c3), extending transformative cellular medicine to chronically ill and underserved populations. Janine holds an MSN, is completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), and is the proud mother of seven children and grandmother of three.
