George Tilghman

 Co-Founder & Managing Partner of GT3 Ventures

George Tilghman is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of GT3 Ventures, an independent sponsor focused on critical infrastructure and founder-led businesses in essential industries.

He leads investment underwriting, transaction execution, and strategic capital relationships.

Prior to founding GT3 in 2025, he worked in Investment Banking at Barclays covering Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT), advising on transactions with aggregate value exceeding $30 billion. Earlier in his career, he served as an analyst at Boxwood Partners specializing in home services transactions, and began his career at Brown Brothers Harriman in FX and Treasury services.

He holds an MBA from the UVA Darden School of Business and a B.A. from Trinity College.
