At 23, she was a consultant at a German bank. By 25, she was running a community newspaper. She later fought for her share of a family business—organizing mediation that ended years of costly litigation.

Raised with generational wealth and Swiss middle-class values, she has lived on both ends of the control spectrum: abdication and hyper-control. She has seen what both extremes produce.

Now she writes about it.

Her essays, podcast, and forthcoming book explore why the most successful people often struggle the most — and what a different kind of success looks like.

She also connects people. After years of building relationships with world-class experts in health, longevity, wealth, and legacy — the kind who are hard to find if you don't know where to look — she makes introductions that matter.

Through the Gruben Charitable Foundation, she has funded inner transformation work since 2008. What she's learned: whether you're chasing wealth or drowning in it, the struggle is the same. Inner hunger. Money just amplifies it.
