Chase Bly
Vice President, FODIS
Chase Bly is a Vice President with FODIS, where he has been an integral member of the firm since 2018. Over the course of his tenure, Mr. Bly has progressed through the firm's analytical and advisory ranks and today plays a central role in both the day-to-day operations and client-facing activities of the firm.
Mr. Bly is involved across the full lifecycle of client engagements, from business development and prospect outreach through transaction execution and ongoing advisory support. His responsibilities can span client relationship management, overseeing research, transaction diligence support, and internal operations, enabling him to serve as a key point of continuity across the firm's activities. He has gained industry experience in business services, with particular depth in fire and security, as well as manufacturing, aerospace and defense, consumer products, transportation and logistics, building products, farmland management, vehicle retail dealerships, and food manufacturing. Since joining FODIS, Mr. Bly has been involved in over $3.2 billion of transactions.
As of September 2025, Mr. Bly has served as a Board Member of FODIS’s affiliate, Business Growth Advisors (BGA), an outsourced corporate development partner serving U.S. based founder-led and family-owned middle-market businesses through a curated network of specialized service providers. BGA assists controlling business owners in growing larger and more valuable businesses, financing the growth of their companies, navigating generational transitions, and monetizing equity value.
As of 2026, Mr. Bly also serves as a Vice President of Family Business Capital (FBC), a joint venture formed by the Bly Family to organize a curated direct investment syndicate for family offices to provide equity capital funding for founder-led and family-controlled middle-market businesses. At FBC, Mr. Bly serves as a junior lead on direct investment opportunity origination.
Mr. Bly earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the Cox Business School at Southern Methodist University in 2018. He resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
